While no investment is made without risk, occasionally there are good investment opportunities that possess all the right ingredients. These minimize risk while maximizing potential returns and allow for additional benefits to investors. The Luxury Lifestyle Investment is one such opportunity.
Based on a statistically proven and highly successful model that has shown exponential growth over the last five years, our plan addresses the increasing demand for this new luxury vacation service industry which by all indications should experience explosive growth in the near future. The Luxury Lifestyle Investment is therefore a sound opportunity, providing a unique win-win situation for a select number of investors wishing to take advantage of the momentum of this growing industry.
On the upside, luxury real estate will be purchased in exclusive five star resort community settings, where property values are expected to show substantial growth or maintain high levels of tourist traffic. Investors then, will own a tangible and valuable real estate asset with potentially high levels of appreciation.
Based on the industry standard, such luxury real estate, purchased for US $1.2 million, will be sold as "right to use" memberships for an average value of US $2.1. million. Sales costs in the industry are typically 10 to 20%. Taking the high end, the capital gain less sales cost will be approximately US $480,000. As a minimum, investors can realize an initial return of between 5% to 6.5% over the first three to five years in accordance with the amount they have invested, with an eventual increase of up to 15% thereafter, based on membership sales. If desired, profits can be reinvested into diversification of the Club’s asset portfolio.
Further, should investors wish to roll over profits into Club Membership privileges, this can be accommodated. In this way, they can enjoy the luxury services of the Club and benefit from membership appreciation.
On the downside, if there is an unexpected lull in the market and memberships are slow in selling, our investors will still own the properties and will be entitled to usage or shared revenue from rentals in accordance with their investment. Additionally, should these properties be sold, investors should still realize a return on the real estate investment since property values in exclusive areas generally enjoy strong appreciation.
